1. Services

Growing Miracles Ultrasound provides 2D, 3D, 4D, and 5D ultrasound services, along with other related products, including but not limited to gender determination, heartbeat keepsakes, and custom jewelry. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

2. Booking & Payments

• Appointments:
  All appointments must be booked through our website or by phone. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

• Payments:
  The remaining balance is due at the time of the ultrasound session. We accept credit/debit cards, Zelle, and Cashapp. NO CASH is accepted. If a session is not paid in full, it may be rescheduled or canceled at our discretion.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations:
  Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid a fee. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a $15 rescheduling fee.

• Rescheduling:
  If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests within 24 hours may incur additional fees.

• No-Show Policy:
  If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, you will forfeit your deposit, and additional fees may apply for future bookings.

4. Health & Safety

• Pregnancy Confirmation:
  Our services are not a substitute for medical care. We offer non-diagnostic ultrasounds, and all results should be interpreted by your healthcare provider.

• Pregnancy Stage:
  Our ultrasound services are best suited for expectant mothers between 6 to 40 weeks gestation. Please ensure you are within this timeframe for optimal results.

5. Privacy & Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your personal information. We collect personal details only when you book an appointment or inquire about our services. Your information will not be shared with third parties except as needed for service delivery (e.g., payment processors). For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

6. Photography & Recording

You are allowed to record your ultrasound session for personal use. By attending the session, you consent to video and photo recording. Please be respectful of others in the studio and refrain from disturbing the experience.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

• Ultrasound Services:
  Our services are non-diagnostic and intended for entertainment purposes only. We are not responsible for any medical conditions or complications that arise from or after an ultrasound session. Always consult with a healthcare provider for medical diagnoses.

• Liability:
  By booking an appointment, you agree to hold Growing Miracles Ultrasound harmless for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during or after your ultrasound session. We are not liable for allergic reactions to products used during the session.

8. Refunds & Exchanges

All sales, including ultrasound sessions, keepsakes, and products, are final. Refunds will not be issued for services rendered or products purchased. In the rare event that you are dissatisfied with your session, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will review your case.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated terms will take effect immediately upon posting.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be handled in accordance with Texas law.
