Booking Policy

Appointment Scheduling:
All appointments must be booked in advance through our website or by phone. To secure your appointment, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from your total balance at the time of your ultrasound session.

Payment:
The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment. We accept credit/debit cards, Zelle, and Cashapp. NO CASH is accepted.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation Notice:
  We understand that things come up, but in order to provide the best service to all of our clients, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients in need of appointments.

• Late Cancellations:
  Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a $15 rescheduling fee. This fee helps cover the costs associated with last-minute changes.

• No-Show Policy:
  If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will forfeit your deposit, and additional fees may apply for future bookings.

Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling requests can be made up to 24 hours before your appointment. Requests made within 24 hours will be subject to the $15 rescheduling fee.

Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable. Once your appointment is confirmed, the deposit secures your booking. However, the remaining balance will be refunded if we must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances on our end.

Late Arrivals

We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled or shortened, depending on availability. If you arrive after the 15-minute grace period, we reserve the right to charge a rescheduling fee.
